Este relatório apresenta todas as chamadas atendidas por agentes em filas específicas dentro do período informado.
Permite visualizar rapidamente o desempenho por agente e por fila.

Para gerar o relatório, envie uma requisição POST para o endpoint:

📝 Parâmetros da Solicitação#

A consulta utiliza filtros obrigatórios de intervalo de datas, agente e fila.
Quando -1 é informado, o relatório retorna todos os agentes ou todas as filas.
